Serial Killer Tourist of the Day. It’s been a slow news day on the island here. So, I’ve reached into my archives for this TOTD from Cambodia. This guy was on my tour group and didn’t say more than a sentence. He also walked slowly and just appeared out of no where at times. It could be that he didn’t speak English very well and that he had back pain which caused him to walk slowly, but I doubt it. I’ve seen enough Crime Shows to profile a killer.
